The Company’s leadership team, led by founder Allen Wayne Warren, partners with seven Coldwell Banker Independent Sales Associates including Tina Shaw, Carimda Gordan, Derek Jones, Lydia Vasquez, Marybelle Sayson, Michael Williams and Manuel Perez, to build and sell properties that bring more than just nice looking homes into neighborhoods.

Last and not least, the Company provides a number of social services to residents. Most notably, it founded the New Faze Leaders program during 2005, which provides mentors to several local middle school, high school and California State University students and has authored a financial literacy course it provides free of charge to disadvantaged students.

 

ABOUT NEW FAZE DEVELOPMENT

Like the neighborhoods it serves, the Company came from humble beginnings, starting with a modest initial investment, and gradually morphed to become a successful regional developer with a substantial real estate portfolio.

Allen W. Warren, a Sacramento native, founded the company in the fall of 1990 when he realized that there was a need for a respectable and successful infill developer to make a difference in local areas.

“My vision for New Faze Development was to find neighborhoods that others overlooked,” states Warren.

He grew up in the North Sacramento Community of Del Paso Heights and obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and a minor in business administration from California State University, East Bay. Upon graduation, Mr. Warren joined Dean Witter (Morgan Stanley), as a successful stockbroker before taking on the journey of becoming a real estate developer.

Fast forward 27 years later, and Mr. Warren’s venture has achieved notable success, being recognized by numerous organizations and publications, and has received multiple business of the year awards.

Mr. Warren has personally been recognized for bringing people together to solve complex issues receiving the Unity Award from the Greater Sacramento Urban League, American Leaderships Exemplary Leadership Award and in 2005 was recognized by Sacramento Magazine as one of the 50 most influential leaders in the Sacramento region.
