The month of October was a busy one for Coldwell Banker offices throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. In addition to prepping for the spooky holiday of Halloween, Sales Associates and staff were also hard at work giving back to their local communities.

From putting together silent auctions, hosting delicious breakfasts and delivering dinner to homeless shelters, offices put their best foot forward to support those in need by participating in Coldwell Banker’s Give Where You Live campaign.

recap1

This year’s campaign, which ran throughout the entire month of October, encouraged San Francisco Bay Area offices to set up fundraising efforts in a locale of their choosing. Half of all proceeds were donated to Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford and the other half to 23 local charities chosen by the participating offices.

Seven offices put forth an incredible effort in raising money for the nonprofit hospital and charities that make an impact in their local region. This year’s participants included: Greenbrae, Cupertino, Carmel Ranch, Fremont, San Jose Almaden, Half Moon Bay and Danville offices.

Chosen organizations included hospitality houses, cancer support centers, homeless shelters, youth counseling centers and many more. Check out the fun office events here.

In addition to aiding in fundraising events, Sales Associates were able to purchase $2 raffle tickets on behalf of their clients, family and friends, to enter into a drawing for a number of prizes. Notable winners included those of a $5,000 cash prize donated by mortgage partner Princeton Capital, a two-night stay and dinner at the Montage Beverly Hills and a $500 Visa gift card donated by Xpressdocs.

Coldwell Banker would like to extend a huge thank you to all that participated in this year’s “Give Where You Live” fundraiser benefiting Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford and local charities throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. There’s no better feeling than knowing that Coldwell Banker Sales Associates, clients and staff can come together to make a difference in the lives of others.
