After a long offseason, Coldwell Banker is teaming up again with Major League Baseball to step inside the homes of players, retired pros, and superfans to see what their home is like and what makes it the place they want come back to.

In 2016, we are leading off with a no-doubt home run.  Or, as Joc Pederson more succinctly puts it, “the awesomeness is outrageous in this house.”

Few players have ever started their careers the way the Los Angeles Dodgers’ 24-year old phenom did in 2015.  In his first May in the Big Leagues, Joc smashed at least one home run in FOUR consecutive games.  Then in June, he outdid himself and hit at least one home-run in FIVE consecutive games.  After an All-Star weekend where he came in second place in the home run derby (losing in an epic battle in the finals), Joc – and his brother Champ – were household names.

When he doesn’t feel like bashing 450 foot home runs, the California kid is chillin’ out, maxin’ relaxin’ all cool in his oasis away from the ball park.  After spending weeks at a time on the road during the grueling season, the gorgeous backyard and pool is a respite for Joc and his friends and family.  The tour continues inside the home on a hoverboard (because why not?) to the most important room in a home – the game room.  However, the coolest feature of the house may be the elevator.

Throughout the tour, Joc is rocking a t-shirt in support of the foundation his big brother Champ is an ambassador for called Best Buddies. Joc’s Dodger fame has allowed Champ to spread his message that regardless of what life brings, always try to “Live Like a Champ”.

Here’s sneak peak at the rest of the 2016 Home Field Advantage lineup.
