The Perfect Ending to this Year’s Sacramento Republic FC Partnership

We expected our time with Sacramento Republic FC to end with a bang and it sure did! Thanks to Independent Sales Associate Willie Buchner of the Roseville office and his helpers, our Fan Zone was a mixture of goofiness, information and of course, a whole lot of fun. Kids stepped up and played cornhole, adults chatted about real estate and a number of people entered in the drawing to win a gift card!

Back at the field, Sacramento Republic FC clinched a 1-1 draw with LA Galaxy II resulting in an edge-of-your-seat type of game. Make-A-Wish in Sacramento had a great view of the field and enjoyed every minute of it.

Ending the Season with an Awesome Fan Zone

As we enter the final games of Sacramento Republic FC, we’re sad to know that the local soccer team won’t be on the field much longer but we’re also pumped to end the season with a bang and we’re doing that by hosting our final Fan Zone of the season!

Independent Sales Associate Willie Buchner of the Roseville office will be leading the celebration by manning the Fan Zone. Willie was thrilled of the opportunity to interact with Republic FC fans and enjoy the festive atmosphere that comes with the local team. He is a soccer coach at the Rocklin Recreational League and has a true passion for everything having to do with the popular sport!

Stop by and say hi to Willie as he gives the first 175 people who swing by the Coldwell Banker booth cool paper fan giveaways. There will also be an awesome banner hung up on our tent that has photos of Republic FC players. Feel free to take a selfie next to your favorite player’s photo!

A Night Out for Children’s Miracle Network

Children's Miracle Network1

What a way to spend a Wednesday night! The members of Children’s Miracle Network were all smiles as they witnessed the match between Sacramento Republic FC and the Real Monarchs SLC. Although Sac Republic FC didn’t take home the win for this game, that didn’t stop the non-profit organization from having a ball as they watched their local soccer team in action.

The team will be providing a basic seller script for those who are interested in the world of real estate, and CMAs, or Comparative Market Analysis, where sellers (or those who are just curious), can learn their home’s current value in the market.

But no worries – this booth isn’t all about business. A “Selfie Station” will be set up where fans can pose in front of our Sacramento Republic FC banner and have a little fun with some kooky props.

The first 300 fans who swing by will receive a much-needed hand fan that helps keep cool during the warm summer days.

Coldwell Banker can’t wait to showcase their “Give Where You Live” fan zone at April 23rd’s Sacramento Republic FC game. The USL soccer team will face off against Arizona United SC, a worthy opponent for battle in Sacramento Republic FC’s first home game.

In addition to cheering on the Indomitable team, Coldwell Banker will also enjoy the night by interacting with attendees and giving them a taste of what “Give Where You Live” means to those at Coldwell Banker.

The purpose of the “Give Where You Live” campaign is to give back to the local communities that provide positivity and a healthy atmosphere to all its residents.

Coldwell Banker affiliated sales associates, managers and staff often choose to give where they live by helping out at local Sacramento organizations, volunteering time, talents and resources. In doing so, they strengthen and reinforce Coldwell Banker Sacramento’s commitment to its communities.

Jeff Anderson from the Jeff and Geoff Team of Coldwell Banker Roseville will be manning the booth on April 2. And Coldwell Banker couldn’t think of anyone better to do the job than Jeff because of all the great work he has done for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. He is currently participating in the organization’s “Man of the Year” campaign, a fundraising competition in which participants raise funds during a ten-week period. The funds raised are used for LLS blood cancer research in honor of local children who are blood cancer survivors. You can read about Jeff’s personal experience with lymphoma here.

In addition to showcasing the great work being done in the Sacramento community, Coldwell Banker’s fan zone will also touch on how Coldwell Banker markets Sacramento homes and will demonstrate how to get a home evaluation online. There will be several iPads and Microsoft Surfaces set up for this demonstration.

Don’t forget to come to the Coldwell Banker fan zone early – the first 100 people to show up will receive a custom cooler bag – perfect for keeping goodies cool.

We hope to see you there!

“Give Where You Live” with Sacramento Republic FC

Community word cloud, heart concept

The start of spring, warmer weather and soccer season is the perfect time for Coldwell Banker, in partnership with Sacramento Republic FC, to give where they live. And what better way to do that than to give out tickets to Sacramento Republic FC’s 2016 matches?

Giving out tickets to Sacramento Republic FC games is the perfect match for our “Give Where We Live” campaign, because this soccer team is not only “Built for Sacramento,” but they also make sure to give back to their local community.

Sacramento Republic FC partners with a variety of local organizations including youth soccer clubs to host soccer clinics for Sacramento kids. They also provide training to regional coaches on match preparation techniques. Most recently, Sacramento Republic FC held the “St.Baldrick’s Day” event where players, fans and staff shaved their heads, and in doing so, they raised money for a local non-profit which supports children with cancer.

Every year, Coldwell Banker donates tickets to local organizations for Sacramento Republic FC’s fun-filled matches. And this year is no different. Coldwell Banker will give out tickets to 14 Sacramento organizations that have really made a difference in their local community.

Sacramento Children’s Home, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento, Junior League of Sacramento and Cristo Rey High School are a few of the organizations that will be joining us for the festivities and cheering on Sacramento Republic FC this season.
