It’s Monterey Car Week and a tradition going back over half a century is where the world’s collector cars meet and compete. It’s only fitting that the world’s leading car show and the world’s leading real estate brand unite as Coldwell Banker Del Monte joins forces with this legendary event.

From sponsoring the Blessing of the Automobiles at Carmel Mission on Wednesday, to a special designed portfolio of luxury homes to special ads in Carmel Pine Cone, Monterey County Herald, Carmel Magazine, Homes Magazine, Homes & Land Magazine and Sports Car Market Magazine, there’s no question that Coldwell Banker Del Monte is making its mark on this week’s big event.

Did you see the front page of the Monterey Herald? Even the local press are recognizing the excitement our efforts are shining on the show: Monterey County real estate preps for Classic Car Week crowd.

The pinnacle of our efforts this week was an exclusive, private reception at the iconic Casa Ladera, hosted by our very own Kim DiBenedetto on Thursday.  “An Evening at Casa Ladera” featured a tour of the iconic $23 million Pebble Beach estate, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. The seller’s 1952 Ferrari (worth approximately $15 million!) was on display and we even welcomed the cast of Million Dollar Listing San Francisco as our special guests at the reception.
