Palazzo di Amore, a 25-acre Beverly Hills compound, will list for $195 million—”making it one of the most expensive residential listings in the country,” according to the Wall Street Journal. Represented by Joyce Rey and Stacy Gottula of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Beverly Hills, the estate is a nearly eight-year project by real-estate investor Jeff Greene and includes approximately 53,000 square feet of living space, 12 bedrooms and 23 bathrooms across several buildings.
There is a quarter-mile driveway sweeping past a picturesque vineyard before reaching the main residence: a sprawling 35,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style villa. A separate entertainment center, spanning roughly 15,000-square feet, houses a bowling alley, a 50-seat theater and a dressing room, plus a discothèque with a rotating dance floor. A Turkish-style spa and a 128-foot-long reflecting pool round out the most impressive amenities gracing the estate.
